Here's a list of frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Can I return and/or exchange?

All orders are made to order so we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchases. However, if you receive a defective item we'll gladly exchange it at no cost to you.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We do not allow exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

As we do try to process orders as quickly as possible, cancellations can not be made after order has been placed.
